Biography:

Garrett Johnson joins the Boulders after a successful stint with the Chicago White Sox organization. Reaching the triple A level in 2010, Johnson finished last season with the Winston-Salem Dash, appearing in 6 games and finishing with a 4.32 ERA.

Drafted by the White Sox straight out of high school, Johnson went from single A ball to triple A ball in the 2010 season. That year he finished with an overall record of 6-5 with a 4.24 ERA and 51 strikeouts.

A big fan of Nolan Ryan, Johnson wishes he could have seen one of Ryan’s no hitters in person.
